As the director of the property tax practice for KSM Location Advisors, Chad leads the delivery of comprehensive property tax services, including personal property tax abatement, compliance, Tax Increment Financing (TIF) anlaysis, and strategic consulting.

With a proven track record across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction, transportation, and real estate, Chad ensures tailored solutions that drive value for clients. His leadership and expertise make him a key resource for businesses navigating complex property tax challenges.

Chad began his property tax career in 1999, having previously worked in the Hamilton County, Indiana, Assessor’s office as a real property appraisal manager. As part of Chad’s duties, he was responsible for assessing and defending more than 32,000 parcels in Hamilton County.

EDUCATION

Chad graduated from University of Central Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.

ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Chad is a state-certified Level III Indiana Assessor-Appraiser, holds an Indiana Tax Representative certificate, and is a certified member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
